Girls Co-Op Hockey: Parent Meeting & Registration Information
Calling All Providence Girls Hockey Families!
We’re looking forward to the upcoming hockey season! Please review the important information below regarding the upcoming parent meeting and registration requirements for Girls Co-Op Hockey. All athletes must be fully registered before participating in tryouts or team activities, so please make sure to complete the necessary steps ahead of time.
Parent Meeting:
Date: Thursday, October 22
Time: 6:30–8:30 PM
Location: Forum Room (through Door 2). Walk straight until you reach the café, take a right, and then a quick left to find the large meeting area.
Registration Requirements:
All athletes must be fully registered before participating in tryouts or team activities. Families must complete the Osseo Area Schools registration form unless they have previously registered for a sport with Osseo Area Schools through EduTrak.
After completing the form, families can create an EduTrak account and register as a guest under Co-Op Registration. The initial registration fee will be $0.
The season fee will be invoiced to Providence Academy by Osseo Area Schools and added to the student's account.
